I've been in design for over 20 years now and love to mentor, teach, and be involved with helping others learn and grow. Today I work as a product leader.
10 of those 20 years were in traditional graphic design and in the last 10 I have worked in product design. During that time I've been an adjunct professor and participated in mentoring programs.
Recently I started my own mentoring group because I saw a need for entry-level UXers that needed a bit of extra help to land that first position. Somehow I saw a post about ADPList and thought wow, this is exactly what I was dreaming about!
