About Jonathan Coen
Director of User Experience at BrandExtract
Hi, I'm JC and I have 20+ years of experience as a UX designer, strategist, and leader. I'm currently the Executive Director of Web Experience at the University of Houston-Downtown where I lead, mentor students, and collaborate with a team of UX professionals as well as creatives, developers, marketers, and branding experts.
I'm more than happy to help with portfolios and resumes but also strategies for presenting ideas as well as communicating with different departments and personality types.
