I'm a communication coach for UX practitioners with a background in UX and project management. Too many great ideas, presented by great people, are lost on stakeholders just because of poor presentation skills.
Less skilled teams get better deals because they are good at conversations. They don't present - they chat. They discuss. They know how to use just enough UX language to convey experience, but not overwhelm stakeholders. They treat every call like a discovery call.
I want to help people with that. I want to help UX teams act and look like pros. I want to help UX teams that don't want to be held back by their soft skills anymore.
Over my career I've taught myself how to get over social anxiety, speak with confidence, influence stakeholders of cross-functional teams. I'm also genuinely passionate about UX. I'm a proud content contributor to the book "User Experience Design: A Practical Playbook to Fuel Business Growth"
