I am senior business consulting Director who is passionate about human-centred design, customer transformation and how it can be applied to solve knotty, human problems throughout the public and private sector. For over a decade, I have led and worked extensively with a range of government departments, financial services and transnational corporations on award-winning transformation projects that have a profound impact, at scale.
I am currently a Director at Cognizant Moment. Moment is Cognizant’s new AI-powered digital experience practice I am passionate about people development and am a trained coach.
As the design industry faces increasing flux, I belive that soft skills are more important than ever and learning how to communicate, think critically and build authentic, effective relationships are super powers for the coming decade.
