Grundfos develops advanced pump solutions and smart home technologies, focusing on sustainability and enhancing customer experiences through digital platforms. In addition, it addresses global water challenges and fosters innovation through partnerships and educational outreach.

Current responsibilities:

- Overseeing the entire IoT Cloud UX service design process through cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitating alignment between business stakeholders and development teams by translating strategic visions into actionable plans and ensuring seamless communication across all parties.
- Facilitating design thinking and innovation workshops to help stakeholders in bringing ideas into a roadmap.

Stibo Systems helps clients to manage crucial information, including customers, suppliers, locations, and products, by providing an MDM solution.

I collaborated with different internal/external organisations from productisation teams to professional services. I worked in teams with Directors, Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects, QA testers, and Technical writers. I also co-created with stakeholders, helping our customers to achieve their business goals with our product solutions. We used the SAFe development process and pragmatic marketing. My responsibilities included conducting mixed methods user research, collecting and analyzing data, prototyping, wireframing, information architecture, storyboarding, workshops, interaction, and UI design.

Contributions included:
- The search experience (Elastic search service) and packaging hierarchy within the product data domain.

- User personas and journeys for the manufacturing industry.

- Refined epics for development teams and validated business concept with customers

- functional sitemap for the entire product 

- Led the design in the match tuning tool in the customer data domain: improving the matching process and simplifying the machine learning configurations for end-users to use.

- Establishing white papers about Packaging hierarchy and search experience.

- Accessibility project: keyboard navigation and design components

Roomkast is a platform founded in Denmark that matches tenants based on their interests and personalities.

My tasks include:
- Oversaw the overall UX and design process of the product. 
- Managed a team of 7 designers.
-  Developed the rental contract and payment process user experience and  interface design.
- Developed multi-user experience and interface design for various purposes.
- Established design systems.
- Applied WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles into the product.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to formulate various documents, from design briefs to task assignments, and facilitating the handoff of these documents to developers.
- Integrated multiple infrastructures to create efficient processes and user flows.

RITMO is an interdisciplinary research center at the University of Oslo. During my time there, I contributed to various projects in the following ways:

- Conducted data capture and analysis (e.g., motion capture, latency analysis, eye-tracking) to assess real-time interactions between virtual and physical environments spanning multiple locations.
-Facilitated workshops and organized events for the WoNoMuTe program.
-Designed physical-digital experiences and established structures for the RPPW conference.
-Created campaigns and brand identities for events.
-Conducted user research, designed interfaces, performed data analysis, and visualized data for the MIRAGE project.

DSCL Inc. is a Japanese consulting agency providing web, UX/UI, service design, development, and other IT services. During my time at the company, I contributed by:

- Designing and proposing UI design solutions for clients.
- Maintaining design systems for ongoing projects.

Triquamtum Ltd. is a retailer and has three brands, Lumy by Paris, Kadem, and Nureteka. I worked as a graphic designer with the following responsibilities:

-Designed for print and digital media (including company branding, business cards, and websites)
-Conducted market research and segmentation in luxury products and brands.
-Created digital content.

-Contacted 20+ potential investors via emails and calls daily.
-Created 3 design pieces every day and posted them on different channels to boost public impressions of our brand.

50Hz Photography is an advertising agency in Ireland. It specializes in producing high-end commercial images. After we had more clients, I was hired full-time and I helped with the following tasks:

- Rendered 3D models.
-Designed for print and digital media (including company branding and websites)
