I'm Jordana Bitar and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I currently work with service design and design research at Accenture Song in San Francisco, California. With over a decade of experience, I've been involved in a wide range of projects for both private and public sectors, spanning design strategy, digital products and services, software design, and education.
Through my work, I seek to foster inclusive and equitable outcomes. My design practice sits at the intersection of qualitative research, participatory design, Liberatory design, and systems thinking.
A queer Brazilian immigrant in the US, I embrace my intersectionalities to stir up critical conversations, add some spice to the dialogue, and serve up results.
