Publicist specialising in Corporate Communications from UJTL in Bogotá, with a BA in Fine Arts and focus in New Media and Administration from Universidad de los Andes. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management, specialised in Cultural Industries, from the University of Barcelona. Mr. Rodriguez has pursued further studies at the Universidad del Rosario, Westminster University, and Birkbeck College in London. Currently engaged in a PhD research program on Organisational Culture Management at the University of Lisbon. EdCrunch Speaker and special guest, actively collaborating with Executive Education programs in Europe and America. He is the creator and former director of the Master’s Degree in Research for Design and Innovation (MaRDI) Program at ELISAVA Pompeu Fabra University. Mr. Rodriguez brings extensive experience working with companies, communities, and organizations in the fields of innovation, research, and process development. He has collaborated with HBO-Olé Time-Warner Group, conducting ethnographic research for TV specials. As a partner at Algo Bueno Studio S.L., he has contributed to Learning and Development (L&D) projects for SEAT, Anchor Bay, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Starz Media in California, among others. More recently, he has worked with organizations such as USAID, UN Women, GIZ, and regional governments. As a consultant, Mr. Rodriguez specialises in topics related to innovation, cultural and service design, and consumption. He has served as an advisor for the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, the Barcelona City Council, the Connective Cities program for the German government, the Presidential Programs for Human Rights of the government of Colombia, and other social organizations in Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe. Currently, Mr. Rodriguez holds the position of Managing Partner at DesignThinkers Group Spain (transitioning to Rethinkers Spain), focusing on innovation consulting for private companies and investment groups, the German government, and other public institutions in Europe and Latin America.
