Led Anchovi (Instacart-like marketplace for Restaurants, Distributors & end users) for both desktop and mobile from inception to growth phase, leveraging a 3M+ items data lake for strategic product development and market positioning

• Designed, hired, and managed a team of PMs across AI/ML, Data Analytics/Enrichment, and Marketplace/e-commerce platform

Founding and first Product Manager for Orange-X (X by Orange), a subsidiary of Orange, focused on providing cybersecurity products to European SMBs and users to ensure GDPR compliance

• Designed and executed the launch of the Cloud Services Marketplace/e-commerce, integrating 4 complex vendor services in 9 months, including SDWAN and Checkpoint Security, ensuring seamless service delivery utilizing a small, agile team of engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and designers
• Set the blueprint for and constructed the first product team, scaling up to 10 and playing a pivotal role in the organization's aggressive growth plan (150 employees in < 2 years)
• Implemented comprehensive PLG strategy including self-service onboarding, freemium model, usage-based pricing, and automated upsell recommendations, resulting in improved user experience and increased revenue (increasing adoption, conversion, and ARPU)
• Implemented dynamic integration ecosystem with user feedback loop and feature adoption tracking.

Led the Marketplace/E-commerce SaaS platform for third-party apps (ISVs), integrating 20+ suppliers via APIs with over 50K SKUs, expanding product offerings threefold, and building a toolkit of features for vendors to increase adoption

• Grew from a single marketplace in 5 countries to 12 configurable marketplaces in 15+ countries, launching the product in North America, South America, Europe, and Japan in big telcos like AT&T, T-Mobile, Telefonica, O2 & Tokai Comms.
