Hello 👋!
My name is José Silva and I’m a seasoned tech leader with 20+ years of experience in Web development and building e-commerce B2C and B2B applications for brands like FARFETCH, where I managed and scaled teams of all sizes and shapes.
I was the responsible of the User Interface team at FARFETCH during it’s startup and pre IPO phases, where I led a UI team of 40+ people that helped accelerate the creation of the digital web platform.
In my most recent position as Head of Experience, I led a team of Architects that assisted the company define standards and patterns for scalable systems.
