Responsible for managing the entire product life-cycle, including: strategic planning, KPI development & analysis, stakeholder communication, product requirement definition, discovery & development utilizing agile SCRUM methodology, user testing w/ A/B and multivariate methods, and product launch plans.

Founded Sentrana’s creative and marketing teams and led these cross-functional teams in designing our core products, building brand awareness, and educating target audiences about Sentrana’s Demand Optimization solutions. Responsible for developing Sentrana's brand and executing all creative and marketing programs that included partnerships, web/mobile development, advertising, press releases, trade show presentations, search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), and social media.

Inventor of SB Pro, the first mobile food-ordering SaaS application that utilizes Sentrana’s Demand Optimization technology to optimize revenue for Sysco Food by providing targeted penetration, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities to restaurants. Responsible for developing and communicating product vision & roadmap, defining product requirements, tracking competitive environment, writing marketing and launch plans, and implementing market research.

Led the design and development of innovative user experiences for web and mobile applications that enhanced AOL user engagement, increased advertising revenue, created strategic alliances, and gained market share within the online finance channel. Created the Money & Finance 2.0 experience that became the #1 finance website with over 14M unique visitors per month. Also developed the DailyFinance iPhone App that was ranked the #1 Productivity App in its the first week of launch.

Built and managed a successful branding, design, and web development business. Defined strategies and business requirements, and interfaced with executive management to design, develop and implement marketing and IT solutions.  Managed the development of digital solutions and deployment of marketing programs for clients across myriad industries –including advertising, ecommerce, consumer services, defense, IT, and public affairs – utilizing on-line and off-line channels. Art directed client work for all advertising, branding, web & mobile development, and UX development.

Designed environmental graphics for Epcot, Disney Cruise Lines, MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, etc. Acquired vast knowledge of Disney design processes, fabrication techniques, materials, and standards while working with engineers, art directors, project managers, vendors, and designers.
