Design career path

I worked at Meta on the Workplace product for my first 2 years:
• Working initially as the design lead for the ML team. This team handled the Notifications surface as well as the News Feed. 
• I joined the Workplace Knowledge Library team to expand it's offerings. Much of this work is still under NDA but I was the design lead for a few large scale features, creating end-to-end flows for Knowledge creation and management, as well as sharing. 

I moved to Portal in August 2021 to create a user experience for a yet to be released product. This is under NDA.

Product designer on the Rider experience, I worked on a team that focused on a few key rider projects. I lead a redesign of the Round Up & Donate feature, as well as designing much of the early foundation for the in-app experience for Lyft's new membership, Lyft Pink.

Product designer on the core Twitter app. I worked quite a few features across multiple surfaces of Twitter, including Direct Messaging and Tweets. I was the design lead for when Twitter doubled the character count from 140 to 280, which encompassed collaborating on multiple international research sessions and high level stakeholders.

Principal design in charge of all things design from both a product, and marketing perspective. Handled all mobile, interaction, and desktop designs. 

Peer is now a part of Twitter.

Desiging for mobile, I was a part of a small and new team who built an employee-focused app. I handled the design for Android, as well as prototyping new features. To ensure design standards, I took it upon myself to learn aspects of Android Studio so I could modify the native code.

Beyond is a digital agency that takes an analytical approach to the work they produce. As a Art Director for Beyond, I have worked on projects for top-tier tech companies including Google, Facebook, YouTube, Hitachi, and SAP. I have created everything from UX wireframes, to final visual design, and even photography in my role at Beyond.

The Open Video Conference is a 2 day summit in New York City discussing the future of online video. Held at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, over 8,000 people tuned in from home, as well as earning coverage in WIRED, NewTeeVee, BBC News, Filmmaker Magazine, and The New Yorker.

I designed all the peripheral merchandise, including; t-shirts, tote bags, banners, stickers, sandwich boards, post cards, and a 48 page booklet.

As graphic designer, I worked on everything encompassing a television show including print materials, books, dvd packing, lower thirds and bumper graphics, and website design.
