I'm a product leader with a track record of success leading empowered teams on new and established products in a variety of industries (e.g. media, finance, healthcare). I care about driving business outcomes for companies where I believe deeply in the mission and am equally passionate about developing the next generation of product talent into future leaders and innovators.
My core strengths are leading organizations to become more scrappy, hacky, and experimental and driving teams to establish clear strategic objectives and make data-driven decisions to achieve these goals. I foster a hypothesis-based, user-centric product development culture in tight collaboration with engineering, design, and data science that has consistently led to successful product innovation. Most importantly, I instill this ethos in my teams and love nothing more than to help PMs achieve their career goals.
