Developed merchant partnerships for a range of new and emerging products as part of Google's Commerce team including Google CPG Offers, Google Wallet, Google Express, and Android Pay. Worked in both an inside and outside sales capacity. Exceeded quotas for 12 quarters. Generated prospecting lists, developed sales materials, organized customer councils, and worked with vertical teams to represent Google advertising, cloud, and commerce products. Represented Google at industry events as speaker and panelist.

Co-founder of technology venture in retail sector. Acquired by Google in 2012.

Developed business idea, raised money, hired team, acquired grocery chain and CPG customers, and ultimately provided positive exit to investors, employees, and customers.

Account management and product management for large South African financial services firm. Prioritized and managed backlog of enhancement requests and product issues. Collaborated with engineering, QA, and professional services to deliver service to client requirements and schedule. Developed and implemented new tracking application resulting in a 40% reduction in late commitments and 50% less time spent on administration. 

SunGard Insurance Services develops and sells comprehensive solutions within the insurance and pension benefit industries.

Principal product manager for largest customer accounts. Led development efforts within a rapid delivery methodology: Created prototypes for internal and external audiences. Validated designs with customer and end-users. Oversaw implementation efforts to ensure software quality, adherence to release schedule, appropriate defect triage, and completion of customer user acceptance testing. Provided information technology and subject matter leadership internally, to customers, and to third-party vendors. Developed data mart and reporting system to track and analyze production defects. 

NaviMedix provides Internet-based portals connecting physician offices and hospitals with their healthcare payers.
