4x early startup experience in data-centric products spanning solutions, product management, design, and engineering leadership roles. I have been the fourth employee to the 100th employee. I have seen startups succeed and fail and learned a lot along the way.

I'm passionate about bringing emotional intelligence to the conversation within organizations, helping engineers, product, sales, CEOs build positive connections to solve user-centric problems together. The bottom line is I love engaging with people to help grow their skills, both hard and soft, putting them in positions to be their most enriched selves.

I love working with people and seeing them succeed in life with smiles on their faces. To this end, I enrich my life by spending time with my wife and two young kids (yes, startups and kids...lots of lessons). I love to cook, photography, and train for triathlons.
