In HAX (Human-AI Experience) Lab
I was working on an academic research study about user needs and preferences for personalization and customization of
AI coding tools . Scope of the project includes a paper, a survey, UX research interviews and a design prototype.

In other team I was conducting UX research on PhpStorm IDE to understand the behavior of WordPress developers and how the IDE
supports their workflow. Created a research plan and used tools like Alchemer, Calendly, User Interviews, and
JetBrains Panels for participant recruitment and scheduling. Focused on qualitative methods, including
observational interviews and usability testing. Analyzed results to provide actionable insights for design and product
improvements.

Collaborated on AI text generation and rewriting features as part of a cross-functional and cross-geo team. Led UX
research initiatives using mix-qualitative (around 500 interviews) and quantitative methods such as user personas,
empathy maps, usability testing, survays and RITE studies, UMUX surveys to inform product development. Worked
closely with product managers, engineers, ML scientists, and designers. Analyzed user data to generate insights and
actionable recommendations.
