Working as a consultant, I gave talks to companies like Randstad introducing their best practices about UX, UI, usability, and design thinking.

In Xablu I am the Product Designer of "Xablu Contracts" an App about smart contracts based on blockchain. I design wireframes, prototypes, and the final UI.

I make user story mappings and set the MVP scope of the product. I plan the roadmap, talk with developers about the technical feasibility and the data model structure, and I communicate the progress to stakeholders. 

Always trying to work under good practices of Agile.

Also, I redesign or add new features to several App projects I am involved in.

I worked in the user experience team of the Digital transformation area of one of the top 10 insurance companies in Argentina.

When I started working in the company the consultancy company “Mckinsey” was building the UX team and setting processes, so I learned a lot from them.

My role was UX/UI product designer of web responsive apps. My tasks involved discovery and delivery, from research to UI design.

I created research plans, that included Workshops with users and stakeholders, focus groups, usability testing, interviews, card sorting, and surveys among others.  

I learned a lot about Agile and Scrum, with all its ceremonies (daily, planning, refinements, review, retrospective) .

We worked with Microsoft TFS and post-its on the walls.

We create prototypes and analyze them as a team, giving and receiving feedback from other colleagues.

I worked with product owners and business analysts, so I could improve my skills by learning a lot about that roles.

I validated my designs with developers and made them part of the design process.

In Estudio Merlot, I worked as a freelance branding designer and strategist.

I created several brand identities developing processes to do it.
 
At that time I didn't know about "brand sprints" but I created a research framework that help me understand a lot about the company and its clients to work in naming, communication, visuals, and digital presence.

In this stage, I worked alone, without a developer partner to help me every day, so I learn a lot of things related to the development side, working in end-to-end website projects, from the copy writing and visual design to the server configuration.

This was my second stage as an agency owner.

I had all the meetings with clients and I was the creative director and UI designer.

We design and develop internal desktop apps for medium and big companies.

I also worked on a lot of branding projects that I really love.

I learned a lot about Marketing online working with strategic partners.

Having an agency, I had the chance to work with clients of different industries and learn about them.

DonWeb hired me to work on its biggest product, the biggest email marketing platform of Latin America, "envialosimple.com".

In this new step, I designed the entire new version of the platform. Based on the new UI trends and good practices of the moment. 

At that moment the platform has a lot of usability issues that were obvious, so I worked to solve that and to create a fluid and responsive interface.

I learned a lot about User Interface good practices, reading from a lot of blogs and "Medium" posts.

At that time I shared the office with other designers, so we talk a lot and share experiences, but we didn't have a design team.

"Alma" is a small boutique agency in my city. Here I was the principal web designer of big local projects. I designed big e-commerce and a few corporate websites.

This was the first job that I had to talk in English. All the clients of the company were small businesses in Miami that need a website. Working here I designed several WordPress websites.

In Dattatec it was the first time I worked on projects with a high number of users.

I learned a lot about UI patterns. 

I designed in the bigger hosting company of Latin America the new administration panel for clients. 

Also, I designed the Help & support website, an online radio, and several small websites and landing pages.

In 2012 I create my digital agency.

I learned a lot about real projects, developing my budgets, my processes, my deliverables, and I had to get clients too.

This was the job where I started to create the communication skills that I have today.

I learned a lot about building relationships with clients.

I designed websites, Desktop applications, video games, and brand images.

With 2 partners we create a desktop app with social impact that was featured in journals, television, and magazines like Forbes.

We also participate in a lot of conferences and Hackathons like the "Blackberry jam" where we received an award for creating one of the top 10 apps (a tablet app) of the entire country (Argentina).

I worked for the first time with Copy Writers. I learned a lot about creative writing, and I started thinking about content first.

I created design pieces for different web and printed advertising campaigns for companies like John Deere.

I learned how to use different assets to create my t-shirt print designs. Also, I learned a lot about taking inspiration and understanding the trends to apply them in my work. I improved a lot my graphic quality.

This was the first job where I had to create and organize by myself, the everyday tasks.

I learn how to develop websites in HTML + CSS + PHP. I started developing interactive maps in Flash and Action Script, then I built dynamic websites like magazines, e-commerce, and corporative.

After developing and working on several projects I started designing websites.

This was my first job at 19 years old. I worked in an industry that allowed me to learn a lot about branding and communication. I learned how to develop a brand ecosystem where different business areas and services worked together into the same brand umbrella. 

My work was creating content for websites (animated banners and pictures) and institutional assets like posters, brochures, flyers, etc.
