How to think about design career paths and what progression looks like for designers?

Design career path

- Provided support to the visual design team, more specifically helping with the creation and
optimization of certain aspects of the internal design system.
- I was responsible for User Research, Information Architecture, Visual Design and prototyping.
- Researched and designed new functionalities for the communications product at Masiv.
- Helped with component creation and optimization in Figma.
- User research and documentation in Notion.
- Designed and prototyped different products and features with the help of the already-established design system at Masiv.

As a UX/UI Designer at Keystone Strategy, My skill was put to help in the redesign of various apps that are used internally by members of the company. My purpose was to build interfaces with the help of users and the Keystone Labs team and to provide better interfaces and interactions that were easier to use by the different types of users, making their interaction with the different products more enjoyable.

My responsibilities were initially to oversee and design different social media campaigns and materials for different sports brands and eventually moved to assist in designing different content for Mario Hernandez. When Tita Media moved into the e-commerce world I was tasked with designing different websites for different brands, the most notable of those was for the Colombian bookstore Panamericana also giving different kinds of support for other websites such as Mario Hernandez, Prochampions, Kitchen Aid and Slash.
For the last part of my time in Tita Media I had the pleasure of helping on the organization of the design team for their daily tasks and also overseeing differents projects before they were shown to the client.
