I am a user advocate with 20 years of UX Research, Strategy and Design experience. I believe in evidence based design and that speaking the language of the business is an art all its own. How we strategically convey what matters to 'users' in a compelling way to our internal partners - no matter the industry - involves partnerships, communication and trust; something not always taught to us in our educational journeys.
