About Jui Pandya
Head of Product Design at QbDVision
Hi, I'm Jui. I started my journey as a UX Designer, and I've navigated a diverse career path, from individual contributor to design leader and an entrepreneur.
My background spans various industries, including fintech, life sciences, healthcare, and business analytics. I've led design teams, managed projects, and founded a successful hardware plus software startup.
The entrepreneurial experience gave me firsthand knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to global market launch and customer support.
Currently, I'm a design leader at a life sciences startup that empowers pharmaceutical companies to effectively manage their data. This system aims to break down data silos, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and ultimately streamline the drug development process. I founded the design department and am establishing the design practice that supports the company mission.
Throughout my career, I've embraced experimentation and learned lessons from both successes and failures. I'm eager to share these insights with aspiring designers and help them navigate their own unique paths.
