Howdy! I'm Jules. I have been working as design researcher and conversational designer for over a decade. I am currently working with a government client to enhance the experience of trade based customers.
Since 2010 I have led and co-founded teams across multiple startup and enterprise projects ranging esports from to financial services, including Yammer, GreenPark Sports, HCA, Surfing Australia, WooliesX to UFC.
I want to humans and end make sure that we deliver insights into and impact-driven design.
My mentors built my career and continue help me thrive, I want to pass that on.
