I collaborated with Publicis Sapient as Lead Designer to help a global luxury automotive brand address a critical challenge: over 90% of users were abandoning the service care online purchase journey when exploring plans online. I redesigned the journey to be intuitive and user-friendly.

• Created a streamlined navigation and enhanced integration with the brand's design system
• Introduced a clear, user-centric presentation of service options
• Crafted a seamless experience that instils confidence in users while significantly improving conversions

Partnering with LiveArea, I worked on two projects for luxury retail clients to explore the future of retail experiences through the lens of mixed reality.

I joined the team at Elixirr Digital to reimagine the mobile banking experience for a major US bank. The project was a fully remote collaboration with the client team, based in the US, and our team in the UK, and aimed to re-design their app while aligning it with their long-term vision for digital banking.

At Somo Global, I led the user experience design for a variety of digital projects across industries including FinTech, Automotive, Investment, and Consumer. My work involved crafting user-centered solutions, improving digital experiences, and shaping product strategies.

During my time as a resident at Google Campus, I offered user experience (UX) design and creative strategy services to resident startups, helping them tackle design challenges and refine their products. Simultaneously, I explored my own startup idea in the sustainability and circular economy space, leveraging the collaborative and innovative environment at Google Campus to experiment and iterate.

Thomson Reuters Legal Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of products and services tailored to legal professionals in the UK and Ireland. My role required close collaboration with sales and the product marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Synasource was an AI startup focused on real-time Sports Analytics to enhance fan engagement. I designed their mobile app from concept to launch, which was featured several times by Apple and grew to over 50,000 users shortly after its release.
