About Julia Kirsch
Product Management Consultant / Co-Founder CPO at Kirsch Interim GmbH
As a self-employed consultant and interim manager since 2014, I supported over 20 companies and teams across various industries. I am a SaaS product expert in B2B and B2C markets.
I have supported early-stage startups, scale-ups, and enterprises in refining their product strategies, leading discovery processes, fostering agile cultures, empowering high-performance teams, and ensuring the quality of shipped products.
I recently founded a startup, currently in stealth mode, with more details coming soon. As a result, my time is very limited.
