Responsible for our SaaS offers, including Opendock scheduling software, ShipperGuide TMS, Navtrac and AI solutions

- Leading a team of designers responsible for end-to-end experiences on business vertical dedicated to shippers with SaaS, Brokerage, and Managed Trans capabilities

As the UX Manager, I’m responsible for all Product Designers and Research teams; working in harmony with business teams to understand what is needed from the UX team and advocate for a user centric decision making process; coordinate the design process across all group squads; identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements; set the values for UX’s team and define which paths, processes, tools and etc., that are aligned with the product area vision and goals, and that should be followed today and in the future; establish a performance evaluation routine and OKRs; manage department budget, planning and develop people; contribute to create a UX culture, optimize work flows and constructive feedbacks, optimization of work flows and new approaches or methodologies.

As the lead of the product design, ux and research teams, I'm responsible for developing the people on my team; working with the business areas to understand what it needs from the UX team; and identifying opportunities or creating new products side by side with business areas, driven by innovation, user centric approach and data. Also, I contribute by managing the projects for the UX Design solutions, holding the product vision, content strategy, and providing insights on how to effectively integrate features and design plans to that help our customers.

As part of the Product Design team, I help to create the website, app, and features from the outset. My main mission is to make digital interfaces easy to use through content and insightful ideas. For that, I lean on User Research methodologies and techniques, interviews with users, and creativity to find solutions to problems the end-user would potentially face. Thus, making an intimidating or confusing message into something comprehensible, for example, or re-thinking the tone. The most important mindset is problem-solving, active listening, and to really understand the brand strategy and business goals.

Responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies and brand communications that are in line with the long term strategies and objectives of the company, engage and inform stakeholders, and share the company story with a broad audience. At my role, I’m also responsible for all things editorial, including brand style, voice and tone, communications and design guidelines, newsletters, news pieces, blogs, event presentations, and other creative materials. Moreover, I create, manage and execute Marketing strategies, retention email campaigns, digital marketing, analytics, reports, and budgeting, amongst others. I’m in charge too of the Community Management for all the brands operating under TALENT X, creating social and post pieces, from copywriting to design of pieces. Finally, I support the User Experience for our products and website, with writing, landing pages, creation of personas and customer’s journeys.

Working closely with companies and clients to deliver creative and digital projects aligned with business goals, while advocating for the best User Experience possible. I also have worked on brands and taken on solo/entrepreneurial projects. The work has been primarily in the realms of UX Design, UX Writing, digital design, responsive site design, interaction design, UI design, content planning, and prototyping.

Created and developed multimedia content for customized stories and social media, for several brands, including Mitsubishi, Discovery Channel and Toyota. Web series and videos would reach up to hundred thousands of views. Wrote scripts and storyboards, and controlled budget. Collaborated closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content; selection and hiring of additional crew and talent.

Worked exclusively for the world’s largest private educational group, Cogna, identifying marketplace opportunities, prospect, and engagement with new partners. Created PR strategies disclosing key messages of the company national-wide. Daily interaction with the media to assure the client has relevant press coverage and managing goodwill meetings with main Brazilian outlets. Development of corporate materials in several formats, including brochures. Crisis management. Wrote, produced and edited content pieces for events, presentations, conferences, press releases and articles.

Developed hundreds of interviews, cover stories, and countless articles. Conducted online research, attended meetings and participated in special projects. My stories were featured on the website and the weekly edition of the printed version.
