I've been working as a product manager for 5 years now, after 4.5 years in customer support.

Having started out my career path in customer support, I learned how to communicate with customers, listen to their feedback and ultimately keep them happy.

During this time I also got to improve the work of customer support by coaching the newcomers, improving the processes, and ultimately finding ways to ease the lives of the customer.

This experience helps me a lot to inform the business decisions in the product manager role by spotting user pain points and gaps that can be solved by a product.

I'm a big fan of human-centered design both when it comes to my work and to using services provided by others. That's why I enjoy trying out new services and am always thinking about ways to improve them - it's like a brainstorming game for me.
