My mission : Help team on the musictech project Bridge.audio
- Help Product team to create à workflow from the discovery to delivery
- Help product manager and product marketing manager for UX research processes and execution 
- Optimize design flows ( User flow, states of designs, design system ...)
- Do design reviews for existing features (free trial, Inbox...)
- Design ops

1Kubator is the first french digital incubator network. 
Their mission : Invest and follow digital startups and help them create their MVP. 

As a Lead designer, my mission is to create the design vision in 1Kubator company.  

This mission are divided in main actions :  

- Support early stage startups (more than 40 during approximately 4 years) and help them understand Product design principles : 
          - How to use Lean startup / Design thinking in a startup product
          - How to do User research
          - How to define personae and customer journey map
          - How to use design tools (figma) and understand how to design a MVP
          - How to write user stories 
          - How to exchange with tech service providers 
          - How to prepare and do user tests

- Manage every local product managers (Lyon, Rennes, Bordeaux, Lille, Toulouse) on “how to support” and “how learn to startup the UX design principles” 

- create, train and manage the local design team on UX which was in charge of designing approximately 70% of startups network’s MVPs (minimum viable product)

- Design for MVP and V1 projects.

As a Lean startup and design thinking speaker, I gave courses and workshops to entrepreneurship Master .

- As a UX Startup manager, I support early stage startups by helping them create their Minimum viable product.

I support them thanks to daily meeting, challenges and workshops.

- As a UX designer I design products in 1Kprod team which is an internal agency. 
I created the design offer. 
My mission in 1Kprod is to challenge startups frames and design it with my UX designer vision
