Hi there! I'm Julian and my passion is job hunting... I know that's strange, but to me it's all about curiosity, meeting new people and having great conversations.

In my career, I've taken part in 170 interviews from unpaid internships to C-level roles.

And 90% of these interviews came without applying online.

But I also on the other side of the hiring table - I've directly hired for my own teams (not as a recruiter) 35 people across the world for both onsite and remote roles, interviewed over 250 candidates, and reviewed more than 3000 CVs. Each interaction taught me something new about what employers truly seek in candidates.

Now, I'm channeling this wealth of experience into CareerIQ Academy. We're on a mission to bridge the gap between education and employment, equipping the next generation with the skills, mindset, and insider knowledge needed to thrive in today's dynamic job market.
