Hi, I'm Juliana. With over 20 years in digital and customer experience design, I'm passionate about understanding people's needs and creating impactful solutions. My focus is always on putting the Customer First.
I've had the privilege of working with diverse teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships, and fostering collaboration. I enjoy building teams from the ground up and developing scalable, human-centered processes. My expertise spans Customer Experience Strategy, Design Thinking, and UX/UI design, from startups to large organizations. A project I’m proud of is the KPMG Clubhouse Spatial Design, where we led the entire journey from Discovery to Delivery.
