Hey, I'm Juliana and I'm a generalist professional. I started my career in consulting and then moved to tech companies, specially related to delivery apps or e-commerce areas.

Along the way I've always worked managing customers and/or internal stakeholders. The skills I had to develop facilitates the management of projects and cross-functional teams. I believe that diversity matters and that empathy combined with clear communication is essential for a healthy work environment.

My current desire is to help other professionals who are facing doubts or challenges and also to become a reference in female leadership for women who are entering the job market.
