I’m a Product Manager leading an end-to-end smart device product — hardware, firmware, software, and AI — from concept to mass manufacturing and field operations.

My scope goes across the whole product: working with suppliers and factories in China, device provisioning, software development with engineering teams, data and AI integrations, and launching in production.

I moved from architecture into tech product, so I know firsthand what it takes to switch careers and learn on the job.
