I became a product person because I think technology can change people's behavior to improve their lives. After succeeding in that a couple of times, I became a product leader focused on building not only awesome product teams but also an environment in which PMs, designers, engineers, data scientists, and operations can bring in their diverse points of view to create solutions that awe users while meeting business results. Right now, in my CPO role, my challenges have expanded beyond product management: I influence and drive the whole company's strategy and culture.
My work is a huge part of my life, but I'm also a curious learner interested in Psychology, Human Behavior, and Health in general (from healthcare to cutting-edge therapies that will certainly help us live longer and better). Being active is important so sports in general are part of my day, but what I truly enjoy are the ones associated with lots of fun and balance (skating and skiing have my heart).
