I lead Planday's product research team. Enthusiastic research-nerd. Inclusion advocate.
Since 2014 I have worked in UX Design & Research with a broad spectrum of global and Danish Brands across every digital channel, as well as building up the brand and concept around Design Matters Conference. Within the last year, I’ve moved into a team lead and managerial role, building teams, and pioneering design research work that can be delivered at scale.
My focus is on defining and building a strong research practice including research ops, tooling, people devotion, and evangelizing research in organisations.
Outside work I enjoy cooking Mediterranian food, hiking in nature, hanging out on my yoga mat and I'm training for a half-marathon.
