As the sole in-house designer, I created and refined digital assets for the Marketing Department, aligning each deliverable with lead generation and B2B goals. I achieved significant outcomes, surpassing 2,000 policies sold through strategic English and Spanish email campaigns. Social media efforts resulted in over 16 million interactions, showcasing strong audience resonance.

A standout was the exceptional 32.84% conversion rate on Spanish landing pages, reflecting my precise design approach. In 2019, I led the establishment of an outsourced creative team as the Senior Product Designer. I curated a skilled team, enhancing creative quality and impact.

Designed the user-flow and visual styles that evolved the brand’s vision and shape the performance of the platform. Collaborated with engineers to code the front-end of several landing pages and websites.
