As a Senior Product Strategy Manager for a physical product, my main responsibilities are:
- Identify customers needs through research and data to guide the strategy for the upcoming quarters
- Create Business Cases with feasibility of each initiative, incremental monetary values and expected outcomes
- Coordination between strategy and execution for the physical box with other teams like culinary, procurement, marketing, production, logistics and customer care
