Reporting to the UX Manager, responsible for providing stakeholders with actionable insights, maintaining and updating a design system, and redesigning the user experience for a legacy enterprise product. 

• Iteratively designed and user tested a modernized interface for an 10+ year old enterprise product based on insights from users across 15 transportation agencies and business goals from 4 stakeholders
• Elevated the organization's UX maturity, resulting in an improved ability to meet UX requirements on contracts and win bids by implementing and documenting a repeatable standardized user research process and facilitating regular cross-team company wide meetings with UX designers.
• Helped maintain and update a design system used by 4 software products.
• Empowered sales team to repair and build stronger relationships with their clients by leveraging user research insights to deeply understand clients’ needs and pain points.

Reporting to the Director of IT responsible for managing UX design for government-commissioned websites and software applications, conducting user research, and collaborating with an agile team. Supervised the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of UX designers and improved UX processes across the company.

• Improve company-wide UX processes through revised product roadmaps and increased UX priorities to reduce iterations and increase forecasted adoption rate by 10% in 6-8 months
• Manage UX/UI design to increase flow & search functionality for 3 government-commissioned websites & software applications; conduct user research & leverage insights to optimize user engagement + retention
• Create wireframes, flows, mock-ups and interactive prototypes; utilize prototypes in iterative feedback/user testing cycles
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data and turn it into useful insights to inform product direction.

• Provide design and branding services for businesses including 2 non-profits
• Developed a strategy to help 4 business owners in the health and wellness space book more appointments using an automated lead generation referral system.

Reporting to the creative director responsible for overseeing end-to-end design projects for mobile, web, and tablet platforms. Managed design initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure continued sales lead generation.

• Oversaw end-to-end design projects for mobile, web, and tablet to drive sales and solve user issues; utilized WebFlow to build responsive websites, and strategize on user flow and content hierarchy
•  Collaborated with Engineering & Dev teams to communicate design concepts; built user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and deployed finished products

Reporting to the marketing manager responsible for leading digital design projects, collaborating with Marketing and VPs, to create digital assets. Worked closely with Sales to improve conversion rates.

• Led digital design projects in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and VPs; created custom landing pages and 2 websites to improve conversion rates.
• Assessed customer journey and implemented a change to Sales strategy, utilizing a texting campaign to increase average message open rate from 22% to 98%
