Leading the digital experience practice, leading a team to manage projects & find new business by focusing on strategic thinking, great customer experience and excellent project & client management:

- Engage in project planning and stakeholder engagement, leveraging technical skills to drive strategic design decisions and executive alignment.
- Guided multidisciplinary teams to innovate Ford’s product design, Wynn Resorts’ interfaces, and J&J’s WeChat programs, focusing on delivering a personalised and engaging digital experience

Led and oversaw the App Program for two car owner apps, FordPass and Lincoln Way for Ford. Collaborated with Ford’s stakeholders to define the app strategy & annual feature roadmap:

- Orchestrated app strategy, design, and feature launches for FordPass and Lincoln Way owner apps, achieving three major redesigns and a 50% code efficiency improvement.
- Managed a 20-person team, driving data-driven optimisations and overseeing annual program planning and budget approvals.
- Championed Design Thinking workshops, fostering innovative in-car experiences and dashboard development for enhanced app performance.

Led the regional digital innovation strategy for FrieslandCampina AMEA in Singapore, focused on Friso brand from 2016 - 2018.

- Spearheaded the eCommerce platform strategy for Friso Singapore, including platform roadmap, UX revamp for mobile user data collection/checkout, API integrations, A/B testing and new digital services.
- eCommerce initiatives led to 25% increase over 2016 sales goals. eCommerce contributed 20% of entire Singapore business in 2017.
- Developed product strategy and innovation roadmap for a Digital Innovation Hub driving commercial innovations and data-driven approach, launching real-time dashboard to track sales.

Moved to Shanghai, China in 2018, focusing on managing media campaigns & data analysis. 

- Designed the UX for a 1st Party Data Platform and define roadmap for future. Led to a 30% increase in Media Efficiency.

- Design user experience for Singapore Changi Airport eCommerce website
- Worked with BBC Singapore to design their suite of digital newsletters to help drive conversion from potential advertisers.

I manage internal resources & vendors while providing consulting advice to clients to manage issues and address their feedback:

- Spearheaded multiple platform revamps for diverse clients such as Insead, OCBC, Sony Pictures etc, managing end-to-end project execution and vendor coordination
- Drove UX UI design conversations, translating client needs into technical solutions, and mitigating risks for successful project delivery.
- Managed digital marketing campaigns, utilising data analytics to optimise performance and drive strategic improvements.
