Hey, I'm Justin and my product career began 10 years ago when I was looking for a way to bridge my love of technology with creating positive mental health outcomes for young people.

Since then I've led and coached product teams across the NGO, private and public sectors to create impact for both themselves and their users.

I've been in my current role for 6 years, where I coach and lead balanced teams through the full product life cycle, from discovery through to delivery. I'm an advocate for lean and agile software development, where teams collaborate by starting small, learning fast, and growing smart.
