At X2O Media, I craft thoughtful solutions to enterprise meeting and university-level hybrid learning solutions.
Leveraging my experience as a classroom teacher, coupled with Product Design best practices and user research, I solve user problems, enable remote and hybrid learning, and contribute to product excellence.

As part of the design team, I contribute to the design system, and push design maturity to the next level.

As part of a development team, I pair with a PM to turn user insights into meaningful changes that improve our product and increase NPS and GMV.

As a freelance designer and digital marketer, I help small businesses with:

Brand identity and Brand voice
End-to-end Web Design
SEO / SEM
Social Media marketing
Content creation including copy and video editing and creation.

As staff at the Physical Education and Wellness department at MIT, I oversaw programming for their Salsa elective class, both in-person, and later online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of the administrative staff at Brandeis Computer Science, I facilitated and organized events, hired and terminated student and contract employees, oversaw grants accounting and financial reconciliation, and helped run daily operations of the department.

I got funding for, staffed, and trained a team of student researchers to perform market analysis of competitive programming at other institutions and online programs (MOOCS). Our initiative yielded an 100%, year-over-year increase in enrollment for our target student audience, identified in our research.

As part of the Member Services team, I helped members (insured people) navigate the complexities of health insurance. I also helped members initiate HICS Federal Marketplace Appeals, and participated in the process of investigating Grievances and Appeals.

As part of staff at universities, non-profit organizations, and for-profit dance studios, I create syllabi, choreograph dance numbers, and teach all forms of partner dance.

I've been a featured dancer in the off-broadway show "Dancing in the Streets" (NYC), and as a dance extra in "The Little Women" movie (2019).

I've competed in dance competitions throughout the New England and Montréal, Québec areas.

As part of the optics team, I performed all testing in the optics lab using Optikos MTF, SensorPhysics, and Endo-Bench lens measurement software systems. Using AutoCAD and SolidWorks 3-D design software, I designed components and test fixturing for opto-mechanical devices including endoscopes. Through fixture and process improvement, I decreased the required testing time for MTF testing from 1 piece per 2 days to 8 pieces per day. I performed reliability testing of medical devices, and documented my findings for review with the engineering team.
