Co-founded in my sabbatical year, the Modo Avião's purpose is to prevent people from burnout through intimacy, personal, and real stories.

As an experimental, first-timer podcast host, I love the perception of inspiring others to make their life and work relationships lighter & and brighter. My role covers a bit of everything from brand strategy and writing scripts to editing the audio and publishing on Spotify. This project is about doing something new, fun, and purposeful.

I'm a believer that work sustainability and flexibility are key fundaments of the future of work, so we approach inspiring stories about healthy habits, sabbatical periods, burnout, etc. Discussing those topics is still a taboo, and it shouldn't, as we all want to live and work better.

I have developed the first Liv Up sub-brand as a dark kitchen strategy business expansion. Liv Up Salad Stories brings the freshness of organic, local ingredients to salad bowls created by chefs. From local farms to the table. My roles focused on creating the brand from bottom-up business development and crafting the go-to-market campaign with the high stakeholders and the creative team. I achieved the main KPI of going from zero to one in 6 months, from nada to the delivery operations covering 100% of the audience location.

As one of the learning facilitator in the Data Analytics and Growth Marketing programs, I'm in charge to ensure the Tera learning experience for students and experts.

My main roles in leading the Marketing team were:

Built the launch event, educational and PR content.

Designed product launch strategies

Researched the market and buyer personas through one-on-one interviews with designers.

Helped to shorten the B2B sales funnel with sales execs creating nurturing content through prospects and clients' feedback

Designed pitch narratives and decks for investors and sales executives.

Most product and brand campaigns had their output coming from multidisciplinary teamwork with the Creative, Content and Media teams, and clients.

I designed the brand & mkt strategy from product launch plans and customer relationships to the sales funnel to customer research. With a marketing background, I've worn many hats to learn what the entrepreneurial spirit means.

My primary sales goals were prospecting scale-up startups, agencies, and enterprises for custom corporate swags. As for highlights, the B2B sales grew over 90% in 2019, working with clients such as Kayak, Nubank, Eisenbahn, VTEX, and Dupont. With a lean operation, my responsibilities were to deal with all outsourced creative demands between copywriters, designers, videomakers, and influencers. I managed the communication budget and coordinated CRM automation, data analysis, and social media. I learned a lot!
