I'm building a new way for creatives and techies to collaborate on meaningful portfolio projects through 2 week sprints, live mentorship, agile methodology, and sponsored rewards

- Developed a comprehensive user experience for an educational data and strategic planning dashboard, incorporating team formation, discovery, user research, interviews, low-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing to create a mid-to-high-fidelity prototype
- Tailored a solution for education leaders within 13 weeks which decreased onboarding time from approximately 2 months to less than 3 minutes and increased customer satisfaction score from 3.8 to 4.13 out of 5 stars

- Assisted LifeCo IT leads cross-departmentally by designing clear and digestible internal presentations using sensitive and complex financial data so that senior executives and stakeholders could execute a multi-year roadmap to implement IT processes, procedures, and governance
- Worked closely with executives and keynote speakers to design presentations for 3 LifeCo townhall live and broadcasted events with over 500 viewers
- Coordinated with 7 department leads to design onboarding materials for new executive leadership to reduce the need for in-person meetings and provide them with high-level information to start working quickly

- Supported the Moody College of Communications, numbering nearly 5,000 students and over 200 faculty members with multimedia technical services and instructional design needs
- Revamped branding and intro motion graphics for Reporting Texas TV broadcast, and created instructional materials for two journalism classes, adapted to beginner skill level, to show how to use custom-made Premiere Pro template

Collaborated with major entertainment brands such as Disney, Hasbro, and LEGO, independent business operators, retail management, merchandise buyers, and store layout architects to design and guarantee marketing graphics adhered to brand standards in more than 1,000 retail stores throughout the U.S.

- Steered all marketing and PR outreach efforts, and maintained WordPress and social media presence that led to 200,000 unique views per month
- Conducted the first ever academic scientific research on programming bootcamps with professors from the University of Texas at Austin and the Stanford Research Institute, collecting over 2,000 survey responses from bootcamp students and graduates

- Developed engaging marketing videos and inviting photography featured on Digital Media Academy's website, Instagram, and YouTube channel - reaching an audience of 2.7K+ subscribers

- Within 3 months, conducted brainstorming sessions and research surveys to understand users’ needs, ideated user personas, user flows, information architecture, and wireframes for Aceable’s first MVP prototype, which resulted in the first state-approved, mobile driver education course
- Provided art direction for Aceable’s main protagonist and created a database of over 1,000 edited images and infographics

- Dealt with all aspects of production from concept, and copywriting to execution of stunning marketing art for mobile banners, Facebook advertisements, and marketing videos
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and localizing content for an international gaming company, successfully adapting design and storytelling to various cultures and localizing designs for 7 languages

- Composed high-impact cinematics and visuals for marketing videos used for webpages, industry expos, advertising, PR, and investor relations
- Showed flexibility and capacity to rapidly learn new tools by managing duties for four diverse games including Rift, Defiance, End of Nations, and an undisclosed game due to signing an NDA
- Work was featured in notable publications such as PCGamer, IGN, Polygon, Gamescon, E3, PAX, and Comicon

- Crafted iconic in-game cutscenes for Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR), leading up to their official launch which snared 1 million users in just 3 days
- Team lead of Flashpoint cinematics team and collaborated with numerous departments (Scripting, Art, Spawning, and VFX to name a few) to make sure that milestones were met within a timely manner
