About Kalyani Kolimali
Software Engineer at U S Bank
Hello! I'm Kalyani, a seasoned full-stack engineer with over 12 years of experience in production systems. Throughout my career, I have focused on the foundational aspects of engineering, including platform SDKs, design systems, and scaling redesigns, as well as crafting written RFCs.
What I’m truly passionate about is mentorship. I thrive on helping others transition from simply shipping features to understanding how to shape what gets built and the reasoning behind it. Whether you’re facing challenges with architecture decisions, navigating code review dilemmas, or feeling uncertain about how to respectfully push back against senior colleagues, I’m here to guide you through those obstacles.
