Created UI design for two Identity Guard websites simultaneously to improve user experience, incorporate responsiveness, and highlight new products and features, which in four months after launch (March 2018), there has been a 421% increase in landing page conversions.

• Co-produced the user interface for the Identity Guard mobile and web app in collaboration with the product development team.
• As lead designer, mentored and art directed a junior designer and 4 contract designers.
• Contributed to the evolution and strategy of design policies and practices in the implementation of standards, color, typography, artwork, and all other visual expressions of the brand.
• Supported the B2B sales force through the development of presentations and collateral to help generate leads and convert high profile prospects.

Designed a variety of web, branding, and print designs including brochures, business cards, invitations, flyers, posters, greeting cards and ads for clients.

Designed marketing materials including responsive emails, web ads, print collateral, banners, business cards and social media graphics to establish brand unity.

•	Setup and maintained online registration for educational events and online bookstore.
•	Cleaned up membership records when Association switched databases.
•	Worked closely with the Executive Direction with Association trademark infringement cases and Association legal issues.
•	Assisted with annual convention registration and educational sessions at various off-site locations in the U.S.
•	Setup Association’s Microsoft SharePoint  for each department as well as workflows for membership and educational departments.
•	Ordered supplies and maintained office equipment including copier and mailroom equipment.
•	Organized, shipped and inventoried bookstore orders on a daily basis.
•	Processed Association’s credit card and check transactions daily as well as bank deposits as needed.

•	Directed phone calls and voicemails through a multi-line switchboard.
•	Processed all incoming online payments, checks and credit card transactions into accounting central payments. 
•	Managed the bookstore and products department
•	Data-entry, de-duplicated profiles and cleaned up Microsoft Access-based database.
