Leading IQVIA's Secondary Data Studies offering, and a suite of data, analytics, and service-based offerings that support global biopharma, Regulatory and HTA decision-making. Here's what I am working on right now:
Product strategy 
New product development
AI-assisted, Platform-based delivery models.

Designed site, feasibility, and enrolment strategies for real-world and clinical studies — building enrolment scenarios, flagging enrolment risk, and identifying high-performing investigators to de-risk delivery.

Acted as site-strategy "green-pen" at proposal and bid-defence stage, then led post-award site selection as analytics lead — carrying strategy from sell through to start-up.

Contributed to $70M+ in awarded RWE, database, and MedTech programs (2019–21), including two large post-authorisation studies and a device study exceeding £10M.
 
Worked hands-on across claims and EMR data in the US, Europe, Brazil, Japan, and South Korea, tailoring analytics to each market's data landscape.

Product owner for IQVIA's patient-density analytics platform
Owned the patient-density analytics platform end-to-end — concept, scientific methodology, roadmap, and launch — leading a cross-functional team of 7 (developers, data scientists, medical SMEs, UX) to ship in 8 months. 

Turned complex, manual analytics into a self-serve web product, letting R&D and clinical-operations users run their own patient-density and site-strategy analyses across 100 disease areas in 20 countries — materially cutting time-to-insight from 3-days to <30 minutes. 

Built the full product development cadence using agile framework — discovery, QA, and production workflows — then scaled to 5 additional markets, defining data-methodology frameworks and navigating local data-privacy regulation.


Healthcare-data SME for global pharmacy and hospital sales audits across 100+ countries — data sources, sales channels, projections, limitations, and standardisation — supporting therapy teams on a large European account.
