Throughout this process, I prioritize effective communication to ensure the client is updated regularly, and their feedback is incorporated into the design.
Similarly, when working on tight deadlines, I analyze the scope of work, prioritize tasks, and create a project plan to deliver on time. I proactively identify any potential roadblocks that may impact the project's progress and take ownership of the project's execution. This involves delegating tasks to team members, addressing challenges as they arise, and coordinating with external partners to ensure the project stays on track.
