About Kapil Easwar

Lead Software Engineer at Cash App

[Please include 1-3 topics to discuss in our meeting, so we can hit the ground running and get the most out of our time. Thank you!]

Hi! I'm Kapil and I have over 10 years of experience as a web app engineer. I worked at Salesforce and Block Inc through big periods of growth.

Over these years, I've worked on many different product teams, seen many different tech stacks, and launched projects all the way from conception. I am particularly skilled at cross-team collaboration, working with design and product to define and scope a project, keeping the team in sync and unblocked, and managing timelines to launch.

I've also enjoyed mentoring younger engineers, particularly helping new grads in their transition from school to work.

β€œJust got through an incredible mentoring session with Kapil. This is my first time ever working with a mentor (either on ADPList or irl) and he definitely set the bar high. I really appreciated that he took the effort to understand my background, where I am at currently and where I need help. He offered both general advice and specific actionable items I can work on.”
