I’m Karen, a senior marketing and financial services leader with more than 20 years of experience across multiple global banks.

I’ve spent much of my career leading marketing, wealth and affluent banking businesses, building teams, navigating large organisations and developing people. I’ve also taken a five-year career break, rebuilt my career afterwards, and made a few unconventional career choices along the way.

I’m here because I enjoy sharing what I’ve learnt. I’m happy to chat about marketing, leadership, career development, stakeholder management, navigating corporate life, or simply being a sounding board when you’re figuring out your next move.
