I’m a Lead UX Designer at Salesforce with 15+ years of experience across startups and enterprise. I’ve worked in low design-maturity environments and learned how to grow influence, clarity, and confidence — even when design wasn’t fully understood.

💛 Why I Mentor I didn’t always have mentors who understood what it’s like to build credibility in low design-maturity environments or grow as a woman in tech. So I try to be the mentor I wish I had earlier — honest, strategic, and empowering.
I recently paused for maternity leave, and now I’m back—excited to reconnect and support fellow designers.
