As a VP Product, I'm more focused on driving the Product Strategy for the B2B (Partners) and Order Fulfillment side of the business. Responsible for ensuring that vendors onboard onto our platform smoothly, operate efficiently, and that we build products that help our vendors grow.  

Further, I'm responsible for working with DeliveryHero global teams to ensure that our rider & logistics product & service implementations best serve the needs of our business to optimize for cost, customer experience, and vendor growth.

In addition, and beside leading different product squads, I'm also responsible for:
1. Leading the Product Operations Chapter, which spearheads product support, optimization, excellence & documentation.
2. The development of our Product Management capabilities in Egypt Tech Hub.

Responsible for Talabat entire product portfolio (B2C, B2B & internal tools) products vision, strategic direction, opportunity framing, operating model and product culture.. owning and championing the product OKRs framework.

Hired, mentored and led a team of 25 highly talented individuals across product management, design,  analysis, project management, product operations and research across Kuwait, Dubai & Cairo Tech hubs.

Establishment of the experimentation culture and funnel optimization, using AB testing and smoke testing as well as the establishment of product research as a function.

Empowering and evangelising design thinking as the core product discovery process, kick-starting design sprints within the organization as part of the product development process. 

Managing and owning strategic communications across 8 local markets, 7 regional departments and multiple Delivery Hero global teams across Europe, APAC, LATAM and then Middle East.
