Bill-Of-Material Project:
- Adding new features/fixing problems on a BOM(Bill of Material)
  management system
- Following up with the team to make sure that we are on track with the
   sprint planning.
-Responsible for assuring that the dev and QA environment are working
  properly after deploying the application on both servers.
- involved in the sprint planning and adding the estimates for each task in the sprint.
- Enhancing the overall agile process by contributing with new ideas.

SiliconAnalytics -User Tracking- Project:
-Analyse the project requirements and participate in the project architecture.
-Established the front-end ((Angularjs, karma, jasmin, grunt)) and the backend ((Spring-data, spring-mvc, spring-security, spring-test, spring-mvc-test)) wireframes, configurations, code style, and communicated with the team so that all the team members work with the same paradigm, coding style, unit testing in every task in the project.
-Established the CI jobs (jenkins) for building and deploying the application for both environments (dev and QA)
-Secured the application using token based authentication via spring-security.
-Apply unit testing for both frontend and backend for every task.
-Deploy/use Zeppelin as a visualisation tool for data in HDFS.
-Apply performance test on the Kafaka cluster, and report the throughput.
-Support in developing the Kafaka consumers and producers.
-Support in installing the Ambari Server on our cluster of 8 Machines the 
-Support in determining the Hardware estimates for the full filling the system requirements.

-Developing new features/fixing problem on a mission critical e-payment system
-Defines the objectives by analyzing payment processor requirements based on their specs.
-Applying and following up with the team members to systematically keep track with the agile SW development theme (e.g. sprint + scrum using Rally as agile management system).
-Participate in business analysis discussions.
-Analyze payment processors specs and apply them in our system.
-Writing full detailed documentations and design documents for every solution.
-Following jira (bug-tracking system) work flow process.
-Adding junit for every testable code i write.
-Participate in code review sessions.

-Supporting QA engineers by developing assistance tools to facilitate their work.
-Handling the pre-project work, which involves:
 1) Check the payment processor specs that they are up to date.
 2) Make sure that our internal documentation is identical to what the code is doing on production.
 3) Make sure that the requirements of the new changes written down in the documentation in full details, as this is the contract between all the team members ( Processor Analyst, Developer, and QA).

Working on delivering a complete solution, solving a significant business problem in the pharmaceutical domain.
My responsibilities are:
1) Gathered the requirements from the customer, do the business analysis and collecting data from customer
2) Created a prototype to the customer.
3) Created the required documentations (Initial proposal, System requirements, technical      document, Acceptance criteria, User manual).
4) Designed the ERD, and created the physical model on SQL server 2008 R2
5) Created the system's class diagram
6) We were using Agile as the software development methodology, following its all best practices   (scrum, sprint (1-week), rally for tracking sprints-free version).

Below are some details about the project scope.
the solution has 2 components:
1) Mapping tool:  Java based desktop application, that act as an aggregator to read market sales files with different formats (txt, xls, xlsx) and extract required info (product, customer, qty, date) and persist them on SQLServer 2008 Database.
This application is solving a major business domain problem called bulk sales, by providing the sales on the pharmacy level.

2) Front-end dashboard: An ASP.NET web application, that provide different types of chart and reports, also provide back-end functionalities to manage business environment (e.g. add/edit/delete employee, add/edit/delete product, add/edit/delete customer)

Technologies used:
Java SE 1.7, Apache POI libarary, Hibernate, Collections.
.NET framework 4.0, ASP.NET, Highcharts, Entity framework.
SQL Server 2008 R2.

Responsible for the following :
1) Oracle 9g Database administration.
2) Create costumed reports using Power-builder 6.0 + Oracle 9g db.
3) Maintained a complete and mature Workflow system that was responsible for providing the printed services for people who finished their service (fixing bugs + adding new features).

-Was the team leader in a major project, that was about migrating all the "Completed Service" certificate from an old print layout for to a new form with different layout and different paper material, which were about 55 type of certificates.

-Created from scratch an automated desktop archiving tool using C# + Pegasos image processing library to convert all hard copy documents to a soft copy version applying some image processing techniques (remove background, rotate), , this application connects to ahead Camera and open it in a part
of the application view, then the operator adjust the files needed to be archived and capture all, then the system can store them in a multi-tiff file.

-Created from scratch a tool using C#, that show simple statistics about few remote servers ( are servers alive, how long it took to reach a server)

-Created from scratch a complete workflow to handle the therapeutic cards for Officers families, starting from registration, passing by adding the family members full info about each and applying the rules with inclusion/ exclusion and based on such rules the system will determine if this person can be included in this service or not.

-Maintaining and fixing some bugs found in an OCR system that was developed in house.

Worked as a freelancer C# developer to deliver a desktop application that reads data from access cards database (SQLServer 2005), then produces reports for per employee showing different statuses (e.g. left office early, come office late, absent, or vacation), and the ability to export such reports to excel format.

Accepted as a software developer intern, the training was about Java EE (JSF, hibernate, Servlets)
