Led the design and successful launch of Marketplace's new vertical products: Walmart Subscriptions, Walmart Restored (Refurbished), Preowned, Preorder, and Major Appliances.

Secured buy-in and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business, research, content, legal) to conduct iterative testing and oversaw the entire product launch process for the pilot programs.

Achieved outstanding results for Restored and Preowned by successfully onboarding 1150% more third-party sellers and exceeding the original FY24 goal by 69.22%.

Conducted user interviews and testing on projects to gather user insights and inform iterative design solutions, ensuring optimal usability.

Managed New Verticals' quarterly planning in collaboration with product managers and dev teams to ensure optimal user experiences for sellers.
