Delivering experiences to the highest quality possible while developing my craft. I worked with commercial, creative teams and other disciplines to prepare and deliver presentations.

Design Strategist for a community of passionate travellers at global online travel insurance company, World Nomads Group. 

Responsibilities:
- providing creative direction, design and user experience across all brands

- involved in UX/Design workshops to develop, test and solve complex ui and user issues
- working with each of the marketing departments to support their strategy
- supporting teams to measure & test UX solutions, ensuring great customer experience.

While at Voyages I worked on a variety of brochures, flyers, advertising, logos, promotional items for trade shows and DVD packaging. I re-branded several of the Resorts identities including direct mail and was key in the re-design of the company website. Supported by creating digital style guides, user testing and consultation on information architecture and usability.

While working at this busy London design agency I worked on a variety of corporate and not for profit campaigns. The projects ranged from graphic design of brochures, to web design and online advertising.
My role here was extremely varied ranging from design of brochures, tube posters, online advertising, to two major in-house web re-designs. I consultated on information architecture, usability and user testing. I also assisted with monthly meet ups producing the decks, signage, photography and promotional items.

Responsible for a range of web and print projects from brochures to government reports. I was involved in research methods such as card sorting, wire-frames, personas and laser eye scanning to make recommendations on accessibility, usability and information architecture while re-designing the existing shelter website. This largescale project meant integrating sub sites and different country specific information.

During my time at the agency I worked on a broad range of branding, web and print projects from academic journals, websites to WWF reports to Sydney Symphony posters. Contributing to workshops in brainstorming, brand development and mobile technologies with clients. Assisted in re-designing of the company website and in-house corporate identity.
